The table below provides the history of versions of guides and update sets.
For a new install please use the Complete package option in the table below. If you are upgrading from a previous version there are Sequential update package provided to step through the upgrade e.g. v1.0 -> v1.1 -> v1.2 and so forth. Sequential updates will depend on previous versions and therefor recommend update sets are applied in order.

The ServiceNow SMS Message Connector supports the following messaging vendors. All vendors are supported equally with feature parity - no exclusive features for any vendor. Easy configuration is enabled for all vendors:

- Marquire telecom notify now - ServiceNow messaging integration
- SimpleTexting - ServiceNow messaging integration (coming soon)
