Connector Install

Install Messenger for ServiceNow using the update set as follows:

1. Download the latest update set here.
2. In ServiceNow open ‘Retrieved Update Sets’ in ‘System Update Sets’ and select ‘Import Update Set from XML’
3. Choose the downloaded XML update set and upload
4. Open the upload set
5. Click to ‘Preview Update Set’
6. Select all “errors” to accept the import of missing references
7. Confirm update
